Moodmancy

Our moods already influence our lives, but what if our moods were even more powerful? Whether through a blessing or curse, that's what happened to you: you've become a MOODMANCER. Your sadness can bring about storms, your joy can make the sun shine at midnight. Your emotions become contagious, making others fear, love, or even refuse to be near you. Perhaps worst of all, when your emotions are intense for too long, you'll have a literal emotional outburst, exploding with psychic energy and damaging people and objects around you before you calm and grow tired.

Mosaic Strict creations all follow several (strict) rules, the most important of which is that they're 100% usable in any RPG. They don't refer to specifics, require a number of players, or anything else. And that's true of this one as well! You can decide to use it in whatever RPG system you're using!
